This is a great start. I am seeking to pay more attention to this part of myself. In a sense I think we do have to go back to that child within us, pull out the markers and crayons, sit down with some jucie and just create. Maybe even bring a stuffed toy along to help us out.

Lovely journal page! Just what I needed to read, some validation and a reminder about the importance of creating for creating’s sake. So often I feel like I have internalized the snooty voice of others that says only “talented” people should pursue the arts, and its not true. I’ve recently been painting and while they are nothing I would want to share with the world at large, I am enjoying the process of it very much and to me that is the importance of it. It is, as you say, filling a well within me.

where did you find the yellow ledger paper? i have green but i haven’t been able to locate yellow.
