		<description>I so applaud and admire your &quot;re-focus the energy&quot; moment. At times when one is disappointed/frustrated etc by the turn of events, it can sometimes be so hard to down shift, turn this car around and re-focus the drive. The adventure begins, again!

Happy to hear your energies are peppy and ready for adventure.
What you describe here about the frustration-that is EXACTLY the biggest problem I have had with our infertility and miscarriages. The waiting, while too sick to do much of anything that will distract me.
I like you needed to get my mind free from that trap.

		<description>Sorry for you. These young Tibetans are criminals, they disturbed the peaceful life of very peace-loving people. They set fires on shops and threw stones at innocent people. Chinese government did a great job, and I think you can have a great trip as you planned.
