I spent a little time looking around trying to glean an understanding of your book, and I’ve seen just enough to think it looks really great.
And I agree, it is important to face those darker things. When you are surfing the bright crest of the wave, it is kind of hard to remember the trough of fear or depression or loss at the bottom… but when you are in that well, the bright stuff seems so far off and so unreachable. Sometimes we need to be able to see a way out, as well as validating the dark times that we go through– because they are valuable, too.
Keep it up, can’t wait to see it.
