This speaks directly to me:
our thoughts begin to become terribly heavy when they are held in for too long, like bricks around our neck, but when we finally let them loose upon the world they instantly become like the little white fluffy feathers
Last month I started to released deep held thoughts and truths into the world and it is a release.  Denying authentic feelings and repressing them for years pays a price on your soul.  I&#039;m quietly extricating myself from these self imposed chains but OSM definitely illuminated the flashlight to start.  Thank you!
