I can definitely relate to this as I picked up and read Carolyn's book. Ironically, I too said to her that I wanted to only read it when it was in its final form, only to read it instantly and never look at her the same way. It had such a profound impact on me to see the relationships that she had formed with these amazing young adults was on such a deeper level than one could imagine. Harvesting 3-4 years worth of interviews and turning into her book was an amazing process to watch, and we are only just at the beginning of it now as it comes out soon. I am so proud to be with her during these times and to re-engage our relationship on a completely different level. I thank you for all that you do too.
