sometimes i find i love to be surrounded by friends and family..loving the noise of the back door slamming from people coming and going.

Ah, Christine, yes! Such a beautiful way to look at it.
I have been in a story of how “bad” I am b/c I have felt so insular, so anti-computer time, so in the flow of summer and so out of touch with so many friends and beautiful spirits lately. (And sThank you for offering me a way to see the beauty of isolation — as I see it, this can offer me some contrast for savoring connection in new ways.
