There is a woman that walks the neighborhood with her dog, with a pooh bag in hand as if she is a good pet owner who picks up after her dog. But no, she walks the hood acting as if she is going to pick up pooh, but instead bends down, praises the dog, then looks around to see if anyone is watching. If no one is around, she LEAVES the pooh. So I have been saving it up for her to make a special delivery..I have something real "purty" in mind. stay tuned for the end of the story.
