The Coolest
February 26, 2010See what I’m wearing? That was no orange shirt – that was an orange jumpsuit. And that zipper went all the way down to my waist, so I could slip in and out of it in a flash.
That jumpsuit? I thought it was the coolest thing ever.
I have vivid memories of looking in a full-length mirror, admiring my fourth grade disco-hipster sensibility and thinking, “How cool am I?”
I used to have a blue jumpsuit that I thought was super cool. Love it!

How this brings back memories. I had a pinstriped brown one and I loved it. I want to say I had another, too…just can’t remember the color.
I had a green jump suit, which looked really hilarious because they were high waters. Glad that you were as cool as I was.
My current Facebook picture <— is from kindergarten and in it I am also wearing a jumpsuit. Which I also remember thinking was super cool (and comfortable!). Glad I wasn’t alone!

You are totally cool! I remember my red polyester double knit pant suit with royal blue patten leather trim! and then there was the turquoise blue jumpsuit that I wore in college in 1982!!! Now that was cool.
Oh my gosh, I had an orange jumpsuit too! And blonde hair…way back when:)
