It’s Time for a Christmas Tune
December 26, 2010How about a little holiday sing-along? Gather everyone around your computer screen and try out these lyrics to the tune of Silver Bells:
Little paw prints, puppy paw prints
Tracking mud in our house
In the air
There’s an odor
Of dog poo.
Puppy barking, puppy whining
Wanting treat after treat
After tearing your sweater to shreds…
Tilda Bear, Tilda Bear
It’s cocktail time for her mommy.
Tilda Bear, Tilda Bear
When can I call it a day?
Bags of dog food, and the dog treats
Plus the five thousand toys
Which she loves less than cardboard and tube socks.
Hear the burping, and the slurping
Wipe the puddles of pee
And at dawn every morning you’re up…
Tilda Bear, Tilda Bear
It’s cocktail time for her mommy.
Tilda Bear, Tilda Bear
When can I call it a day?

Very sweet
but she’s so cuuuute! hope your christmas was delightful (despite) and wishing you the very best year!
Linda
Oh dear, do you think you should call in the Dog Whisperer??!!
She is very cute though & despite it all, I hope you had a lovely Christmas.
Oh dear!
Hope you got that cocktail (and had a lovely Christmas)
xx
I had totally forgotten about the growing pains associated with puppies. We went through a few comforters for the beds, a few pairs of leather boots, and lots of paper towel for those nasty puddles!
It does all get under control. Time is all it takes.
And a cocktail.
xoxo
Oh, dear Tilda Bear … when will you give your mommy a break? It’s a gift you are so cute, or else I’m sure you’d not be forgiven as easily as I’m sure you are.
Give your mommy a break, will you? : )
xoxo,
Christianne
How lovely put! I hated the puppy phase…and we didn’t last too far beyond…which I really feel bad about. Your pup makes me want to try again!! xx
Oh, honey… I feel your puppy pain.

It’ll get better… but not til she’s destroyed a few more things.
Thinking of you as I compile my “Best of” List for 2010 and plan the total overhaul of XpatAdventures.
Would love to have a Skype call with the Jordan JourneyWomen…
