Swirly

In October 1995, Swirly began in a 12' x 12' home office in Santa Barbara, California with a line of thirty-six greeting cards - all printed and assembled individually - and one card rep. Within two years, more than fifty thousand handmade cards had been created and shipped around the country. From there Christine's home office expanded into a multi-line wholesale stationery business with more than forty reps, two hundred individual products, twelve hundred retail accounts and a colorful studio in downtown Santa Barbara. Both Swirly and Swirly Girl became internationally recognized brands with a comprehensive product line and a gift book translated in three languages. Christine's mission for Swirly was to inspire others to make their dreams real, and she received countless letters, cards and emails from fans all over the world who were inspired by the Swirly work, vision and passion.
